It had peaceful and decent location, short walk to two main train stations in Interlaken and the Supermarket and main train station. The breakfast was sensational and available with ham, yoghurt plus boiled eggs, the staff were competent and especially helpful.

We had good breakfasts.
There was a huge variety of food for breakfast, it was healthy! The location was great and stunning for Interlaken, next to other shops as well as main train station.

The location is relatively far (especially for old folks) from the main city and train stations. Also, it appears to be a old folks home and some people may not like it when on holiday.

Had a really nice time. Spotlessly clean hotel, services were amazing and location was excellent and decent next to a bus stop. Location: the property was really close to the Supermarket and main train station, the towncenter, and the Casino and major hotels. It was not too far away from Asllani's Corner, serving fast food. They gave us neat classic double room with a nice balcony to soak in the surroundings. The breakfast was great for vegetarians; and the staff was knowledgeable.

Location: the hotel was just off Switzerland and city center where all shopping happens and the Supermarket. Stayed there before now, the staff was as always reasonably good...

Perfect spot for family stay
The room was spacious and had an very nice mountain view from the balcony! Plus, they provided a complimentary transportation pass, which really made exploring the area so much smoother.
It wasn't the cheapest stay, but still acceptable for what we got.

Fine mountain views, spacious common areas, excellent interior design
Internet connectivity issues are frustrating!!! Lack of air conditioning in rooms can. Parking difficulties add to the hassle, complicating what should be a stress-free visit!!!

The hotel Artos offers large, spacious rooms that allow for a comfortable stay. The views from the balcony are fine, showcasing the beautiful mountains. Breakfast had a good variety, with fresh fruits and warm eggs. I appreciated the nice spa area and gym located in the basement. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the main attractions in Interlaken. A couple of staff members were a bit unhelpful at times. The shared facilities with elderly residents felt a little odd initially, and some of the common areas could benefit from more frequent cleaning. My room lacked a kettle and that was disappointing given the room price. It's a worthwhile stay with great facilities, but some areas do need a little polishing.
