Perfect spot for family stay
The room was spacious and had an incredible mountain view from the balcony! ! Plus, they provided a complimentary transportation pass, which really made exploring the area so much smoother.
It wasn’t the cheapest stay, but still acceptable for what we got.

Stunning mountain views, spacious common areas, impressive interior design
Internet connectivity issues are frustrating!!! Lack of air conditioning in rooms can make stays unbearable on warmer nights!!! Parking difficulties add to the hassle, complicating what should be a stress-free visit!!!

The hotel Artos offers large, spacious rooms that allow for a comfortable stay. The views from the balcony are simply stunning, showcasing the beautiful mountains. Breakfast had a good variety, with fresh fruits and warm eggs. I appreciated the nice spa area and gym located in the basement. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the main attractions in Interlaken. However, a couple of staff members were a bit unhelpful at times. The shared facilities with elderly residents felt a little odd initially, and some of the common areas could benefit from more frequent cleaning. My room lacked a kettle and that was disappointing given the room price. Overall, it’s a worthwhile stay with great facilities, but some areas do need a little polishing.

Great location and comfy room!
We had a cozy stay for 5 nights. The room was super spacious with an awesome balcony. Breakfast was tasty, especially the fried eggs! It’s a bit odd sharing the space with elderly residents, but it didn’t bother us too much. Only downside was the pillows not being comfy. Overall, nice vibe and helpful staff!

The hotel offers spacious rooms with stylish decor and a lovely balcony, perfect for relaxation. An interesting blend of hotel and senior residence creates a unique atmosphere, but it lacks a typical hotel feel. Breakfast is served alongside residents, although service can be slow, and the buffet isn't as extensive as expected. It's a quiet spot about a 15-minute walk from the town center, making it convenient yet remote enough for peace.
